Keto at ALDI
Since I first published this post in 2018 many new keto products have come on the market. Aldi is leading the way with lots of low carb and keto friendly food products.
Even though I do not personally follow the keto diet, I do enjoy many of the keto products at Aldi when I'm looking for a low carb snack or meal.
Before you start any diet I always recommend to chat with your doctor about what makes the most sense for you. Harvard Health had a great article that you may want to read before you consider the Keto diet.

Aldo also carries a zero carb bread in my area. Brand is L’Oven and comes in whole wheat and multi grain.

Be careful with Aldi nut butters and yogurt! Even though they are simply nature or organic, most contain added sugar, a no-no on keto :/. Just be sure to read your labels ?

I just started the Keto diet June 1st and it was a struggle at first but I am slowly getting the hang of it. I am definitely having a hard time figuring out my shopping cuz I go to 2 different stores to get everything I need to meal prep

I can relate! Starting anything new is hard but hopefully you'll find some tried and true recipes and products that will make it easier 🙂 good luck!

Do all Aldi’s have almond flour? I have not seen it at mine but I’m hoping I just missed it. I’ve been having to buy small bags from Kroger for $8.

It's possible that yours does not. It's a bummer!! There have been times when my Aldi has run special promotional items. Sometimes it's just seasonal and sometimes they are doing a test. I would let your local Aldi manager know that you would want almond flour, I'm sure that's something they could pass on to management!

If you have a Sam's membership, they sell almond flour much cheaper than at a regular grocery store. Costco probably does, too, but I don't have a membership there, so I'm not sure.

agree! I like to buy mine in bulk when I can! So much cheaper 🙂

Its so expensive. If you need it for one recipe Whole Foods has it by the pound you could get a scoop of it instead of having to buy a whole bag.
